What Posella does

The hard part of a photo is rarely the camera - it is not knowing how to stand or what to do with your hands. Posella targets exactly that: pick a setting - ao dai, graduation, cafe, beach and more - pick a pose, and it appears over the camera for the person being photographed to line up with.

You can pinch, resize and drag the pose into place, switch it to an outline to see through it, then shoot with frames and filters built into the app.

There is also a photobooth mode: choose how many photos, tap once, and the app counts down and shoots the whole strip by itself, then lays the shots into a framed strip you can save as a still or an animated image.

Use your own poses

If you have a reference photo you like, you can add it as your own pose folder. Those images stay on your device and are never sent to any server.

This website

posella.app shows a slice of the app’s pose library, organised by setting, alongside posing and photography guides. On each setting page you can turn on your camera and try a pose right in the browser - the camera feed is processed entirely on your device.

Who makes Posella

Posella is an independent project, designed, built and maintained by a small team. The app is free, available on Google Play and the App Store, and supported by ads.
